If a tour is cancelled due to:

• Operational reasons
• Force majeure events
• Government restrictions
• Supplier failure
• Insufficient participation

The company's liability shall be limited to refunding only the amount paid towards the tour package.

The company shall not be liable for:

• Visa expenses
• Insurance expenses
• Domestic transportation
• Independently booked airfare
• Independently booked hotel reservations
• Incidental expenses

• Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Proof of valid insurance may be requested before departure.
• The company is not liable for medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss, trip interruption or expenses not covered under insurance.

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.
• Guests are responsible for obtaining all required visas and travel authorizations.
• Visa fees are non-refundable.
• The company acts only as a facilitator and cannot guarantee visa approval.
• The company is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, deportation or refusal of entry.

Flights

• Flights may involve up to two stops.
• Layovers may be up to 8 hours.
• Multiple airlines may be used depending on availability.
• Flight schedules remain tentative and are subject to change.
• Baggage allowance will be as per airline policy.
• For Oman Air, check-in baggage allowance is 20 kg.

Flight Disruptions

• Rebooking on the same airline will be as per airline policy and availability.
• Rebooking on another airline will be treated as a fresh booking.
• Fare difference, if any, shall be borne by the guest.
• Airline refunds will be passed on according to airline rules.

Hotels

• Hotels will be of similar category.
• Check-in: 04:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Room type, view and bedding configuration cannot be guaranteed.

Tour Operations

• Tours operate subject to a minimum of 20 passengers.
• Itinerary, hotels, sightseeing and transportation may change due to weather, operational requirements or force majeure.
• No compensation shall be payable for such changes.

Each guest is permitted:

• One standard check-in suitcase
• One small cabin bag

Excess baggage may be refused, stored separately or transported at the guest's own cost. The company shall not be responsible for expenses arising from excess or oversized baggage.

• Hotels are generally located 15–18 km from city centres.
• All sightseeing will be conducted using air-conditioned coaches.
• Hotels serve continental breakfast unless otherwise specified.
• Food and beverages inside coaches are prohibited unless permitted by the Tour Manager.
• Porter services are generally unavailable in Europe.
• Guests are responsible for handling their own luggage.
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers, tour managers, hotel staff and fellow travellers.

By making payment, confirming the booking, joining the tour or using any services provided by the company, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
