Exclusions

• Passport fees, visa charges, immunization costs, city taxes, and local departure taxes (wherever applicable) are not included unless specified.
• Optional services such as room upgrades, flight upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, and camera/video charges are not included.
• Any sightseeing, activities, or experiences not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
• Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), snacks, and beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are not included unless explicitly stated.
• International and domestic flights are not included unless mentioned in inclusions.
• Excess baggage charges or baggage not included in airline allowance are to be borne by the traveller.
• Tips, porterage, and personal expenses are not included.

• Tickets for attractions (museums, cable cars, safaris, ferries, trains, etc.) are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from travel date.
• Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/Consulate. We are not responsible for delays or rejection.
• Cancellation and refund policies apply as per standard company terms.
• We reserve the right to issue a full refund if services cannot be provided due to technical or operational reasons.
• Itinerary may change due to weather, strikes, festivals, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in as per their policy.
• Check-in and check-out timings are strictly as per hotel rules.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• No refund for unused nights, early check-out, or unutilized services (meals, transfers, sightseeing, etc.).
• Gala dinner charges may apply on special dates (e.g., 24th Dec, 31st Dec, Valentine’s Day) and are payable directly at the hotel.
• In case of unavailability, alternate accommodation of similar standard will be provided.

• Airline policies apply for cancellations, rescheduling, and baggage rules.
• Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refund.
• Any additional charges due to flight changes or cancellations will be borne by the traveller.
• Seat selection and baggage allowance are subject to airline rules.

• Transfers and sightseeing are arranged as per itinerary and may be private or shared.
• Shared transfers may involve waiting time depending on traffic and pick-ups.
• Child pricing is based on age provided at booking; any mismatch may result in additional charges on-site.
• Some destinations may require additional local fees or permits payable directly.
• Cancellation of transfers or activities within restricted time may be non-refundable.

• All payments must be made only through official company channels. No personal account payments are accepted.
• Any suspicious payment request must be verified with our team before proceeding.
• Amendments are subject to availability and treated as a new booking.
• Changes within cancellation period will attract applicable charges as per airline/hotel policy.
• A service fee may apply for cancellations or modifications of land arrangements.

• We act only as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
• We are not responsible for service delays, cancellations, or operational issues caused by third parties.
• Travellers must follow all rules and policies of respective service providers.
• We are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by force majeure events such as weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
• The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances, with best possible alternatives provided.
