Exclusions
- Passport fees, immunization costs, city taxes at hotels, and local departure taxes (wherever applicable) are not included unless specified.
- Optional enhancements such as room upgrades, flight upgrades, early check-in, late check-out, or local camera/video fees are not included.
- Any additional sightseeing, activities, or experiences outside the confirmed itinerary are excluded.
- Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), snacks, and beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are not included unless specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
- International and domestic flights are not included unless explicitly stated as part of the package.
- Excess baggage charges and any baggage not included in airline allowance are to be borne by the traveller.
- Tips, gratuities, porterage, and personal service charges are not included.
- Visa charges are not included unless specifically mentioned in inclusions.
General Conditions
- Tickets for attractions such as museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, safaris, amusement rides, and similar activities are not included unless clearly mentioned in the itinerary.
- Cancellation and refund policies will apply as per the company’s standard cancellation terms.
- We reserve the right to issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil services due to technical, operational, or unavoidable reasons.
- All travellers must ensure that passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective Embassy/Consulate. We only facilitate the application process and are not responsible for delays or rejection. No refund will be applicable in case of visa rejection or delay.
Flights
- In case of connecting flights involving different airlines, baggage may need to be collected and re-checked at transit points.
- Airline schedules, seat allocation, and baggage rules are governed by the respective airline policies.
- We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes. Any additional cost arising from such changes will be borne by the traveller.
Hotels
- At check-in, hotels may require a refundable security deposit as per their policy.
- The deposit is refunded at check-out after deducting any charges for minibar usage, damages, or additional services.
- Check-in and check-out timings are strictly as per hotel policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case of unavailability, accommodation will be provided in a similar category hotel.
- Gala dinner charges may be mandatory during peak dates (e.g., 24th December, 31st December, Valentine’s Day, etc.) and must be paid directly at the hotel.
- No refund is applicable for unused nights or early check-out from the hotel.
Tours, Activities & Transfers
- All transfers and sightseeing are provided as per itinerary and may be shared or private depending on booking.
- Shared transfers (SIC – Seat in Coach) may involve waiting time depending on hotel location, traffic, or other pickups.
- Private transfers must be scheduled as per agreed timing; last-minute changes are not guaranteed.
- Entry tickets, cable cars, safaris, and activity fees are included only if clearly mentioned in inclusions.
- Children’s pricing is based on age provided at the time of booking. Any discrepancy in age/height as per passport or local provider rules may result in additional charges payable on-site.
- Certain attractions may require additional local fees or donations (e.g., port charges, environmental fees), which must be paid directly by the traveller.
Visa & Travel Requirements
- Visa facilitation is provided as a service; approval is subject to Embassy discretion.
- Any delays, rejection, or additional documentation requests from the Embassy are beyond our control.
- Travellers must ensure compliance with destination country entry requirements, including health declarations, customs forms, and immigration rules.
- Country-specific travel rules may change without prior notice; travellers are responsible for checking updated regulations before departure.

Payments, Amendments & Liability
- All payments must be made only through official company accounts or authorized payment channels. We do not accept payments to personal accounts.
- Any suspicious payment requests must be verified with our official team before processing.
- Amendments or changes to bookings are subject to availability and will be treated as a new booking.
- Any amendment made within the cancellation period will attract applicable cancellation charges.
- Cancellation charges apply as per airline, hotel, and service provider policies, along with applicable service fees.
- A service charge may apply for cancellations or modifications of land services, transfers, and activities.
Liability Disclaimer
- We act only as an intermediary between travellers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and activity providers.
- We do not own or control these service providers and are not responsible for their operational delays, service failures, or policy changes.
- Travellers must comply with all rules and regulations of respective service providers.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused due to third-party services or force majeure events (weather, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).
- The itinerary may be modified due to unavoidable circumstances, and suitable alternatives will be arranged wherever possible. However, no compensation is payable for such changes.
