Booking & Payment:

• 50% advance at the time of booking, balance 7 days before departure.

• Booking confirmed only after advance payment.

Cancellation Policy:

• 15–7 days before departure – 25% deduction from advance

• 7–3 days before departure – 50% deduction

• Less than 3 days / no-show – 100% deduction

Check-in & Check-out:

• Hotel check-in: 12:00 PM onwards

• Hotel check-out: 10:00 AM

Transportation:

• Vehicle is as per itinerary. Any extra usage will be charged separately.

• Travel is subject to local road conditions and weather.

Meals:

• Meal plan is MAP (Breakfast + Dinner) only.

• Extra meals ordered by guests will be charged separately.

Houseboat Stay:

• Houseboat stays are based on double occupancy.

• Power and hot water may vary depending on local availability.

Medical & Safety:

• Doctor on call included. Any treatment or medicine charges are extra.

Liability:

• Grand Pearl Travels is not responsible for natural calamities, flight/train delays, political disturbances, or unforeseen events affecting the itinerary.

• Guests are advised to carry valid ID proofs (Aadhar/Passport).

Other Policies:

• Any additional sightseeing outside the itinerary will be extra.
