• Package Price:

  • The package price of  based on 2 adults sharing one room.

  • Children below 5 years: Complimentary (without extra bed).

  • Children 5–12 years: 50% of adult cost (extra bed may apply).

  • Single occupancy: Additional ₹8,000 (subject to hotel availability).

• Hotel & Accommodation:

  • Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

  • If the mentioned hotels are unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.

  • Check-in/Check-out as per hotel policies.

  • Extra night stay can be arranged at additional charges.

• Transportation & Sightseeing:

  • Private Sedan for all transfers & sightseeing as per itinerary.

  • Extra sightseeing, route changes, or additional stops will be charged separately.

• Houseboat Stay:

  • Houseboat stay depends on weather & availability.

  • Hot water and electricity may vary depending on local conditions.

• Exclusions:

  • Entry tickets to gardens, monuments, and attractions

  • Gondola rides, pony rides, or adventure activities

  • Meals other than the MAP plan (Breakfast + Dinner)

  • Airfare, train tickets, and personal expenses

• Traveler Requirements:

  • Travelers must carry valid government ID proof (Aadhar / Passport / Voter ID).

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

• Itinerary Flexibility:

  • Itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, political or government regulations.

  • Grand Pearl Travels will provide alternatives wherever possible.

• Booking & Payment:

  • 50% advance at the time of booking, balance 7 days before departure.

  • Booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • 15–7 days before departure – 25% deduction from advance

  • 7–3 days before departure – 50% deduction

  • Less than 3 days / no-show – 100% deduction

  • Rayds Services Limited is not responsible for natural calamities, flight/train delays, strikes, or unforeseen events.

  • Travel insurance is recommended but not included.
