• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days after receiving confirmation from suppliers.

• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

• Bank charges, currency conversion differences, and transaction fees (if any) will be borne by the client.

        First Payment – Booking Confirmation

• 50% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking.

• The booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.

• No reservations (flights, hotels, tours, transfers, etc.) will be guaranteed without this payment.

• The remaining 50% of the total package cost must be paid at least 7 days prior to the departure date.

• Failure to complete the full payment within this timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

• In such cases, cancellation charges will apply as per Company cancellation policy.
