• Ranthambore National Park remain Partially closed on every Tuesday/Wednesday. Tuesday - Zone 1 To 05 Closed / Wednesday - Zone 6 To 10 Close
• Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
• For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll away bed.
• Above price is not valid at the time of Fairs and Festivals dates, City Blackout dates and Long Weekends.
• PLEASE NOTE THAT X-MAS DINNER AND NEW YEAR EVE GALA DINNER IS MANDATORY & not included in above quote unless specified.
•  During stay in Jaisalmer Camp / Swiss Tent: Camel Ride, Evening Tea / Coffee with Cookies, Bonfire with Rajasthani folk dance & Cultural activities and Dinner.
• Kindly note that Swiss tent category will be normally quoted with (Non AC). If Guest required A.C Tents are also available at a supplement cost.
• Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.

• Please carry original ID proof (Voter ID card/Pass-port/Driving License etc.) for security purpose & hotel policy, and Valid visa with passport for Foreign tourist.
• High season surcharge will be applicable for every booking for Diwali Period, New Year and Holi Period or Long weekend.
• In high season, no refund will be applicable within 30 days of the tours start date. (Normal cancellation policy will not be applicable on those dates.)
• For high season booking, 50% payment must be done in the time of confirmation & rest of the amount must be cleared before 30 days of the tour start date.
• Speed Limit -Maximum Speed Limit allowed by the State Government on highways are 80 Kms per Hour ( Subject to Vary from State to State )
• The given rate for the transportation is based on the current fuel price, any hike in fuel price would be charged additional on the vehicle rate quoted/confirmed to you. However the final transport cost will be updated before 7 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Any Inconvenience due to this is deeply regretted. Hope you understand the situation and appreciate our effort in serving you better at this scenario of frequently fluctuating fuel price
• AC will not work in Hill Area and Vehicle will be on Point to Point basis in Mountain, Some hotels may be little far from the Parking or Drop place and Big size vehicle like Tempo Traveller and Coaches are allowed up to a certain place at few sightseeing points that will be on your own walk or local transport like Auto or paddle rickshaw on additional cost )
• The guest should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.
• Room Heater available with an extra cost borne by the guest directly (Generally required in Jaisalmer & Mount Abu)
• The duration mentioned in the itinerary may not be precise; it is the time that can be expected when strictly driving, depending on the present road conditions. Otherwise, the journey is conducted in such a way that we always stop midway for visiting villages, markets, photography, major landmarks of importance depending on the client-s interest.
• Please note that some of the sightseeing/itinerary may change due to time limit, weather, national holidays, and special events. We maintain the rights to alter the itinerary since tours are made in advance and unforeseen circumstances that mandate change may arise. Itinerary changes are made to improve your overall travel experience.

• Delhi Lotus Temple, Red Fort, Akshardham and all the museums remain Closed on Every Monday
• In Delhi markets Like Karol Bagh, Kamala Nagar, Sarojini Nagar remain closed on Mondays
• Agra Taj Mahal Remain closed on Every Friday.
• Rajasthan-s all the monuments will be closed on Dhulandi. Next Day of Holika Dahan.
• Ranthambore National Park 01 to 05 Zones will be close every Tuesday & 06 to 10 Zones will be close every Wednesday.
• The monuments entry may be restricted due to any VIP movements.

• The vehicle will be on garage to garage basis as per the itinerary for 12 Hrs. in a day.
• AC will not work in standstill position.
• Vehicle will go upto the parking - dropping point in all the monuments.
• Due to narrow lanes in old city vehicle can not go till Hotels. Guest have to take tuk tuk to reach to hotel. (Majorly in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur)
• Luggage Limit - Sedan 3-4 bags, SUV 6-7 bags, Tempo Traveller 15 Bags Approx. (Normal travel suitcase - bags. Not oversized)
• There is a speed limit in Rajasthan and even safety point of view driver are not allowed to drive over 90 Kms / Hr. Speed.
• If guest de route from the original tour programme, Supplement cost will be applicable.

• aInnova vehicles are not allowed in Delhi sightseeing, shall provide alternate vehicles like Ertiga -Mahindra Marazzo.
