• All passengers have to report 02 hours prior to departure due to security checking at the airport.
• The tour operator reserves the right to shuffle your itinerary as per the availability of hotels at the time of booking. In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
• The names of hotels mentioned in the offer only indicate that the rates are based on the usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until we convey confirmation of accommodation. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability; otherwise, an alternate will be provided before asking you.
• No vehicle is allowed to pick up guests inside the railway station/airport in Jammu; hence, the driver will coordinate with you for the same.
• No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari, and Beetab Valley in Pahalgam except for local taxis.
• Our cab will remain with you throughout the whole tour. Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program. In case any services are missed due to delays in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refunds.
• Any complaint regarding any hotel or its service shall not be entertained after checkout from the said hotel/houseboat. Hence, you are requested to immediately contact your concerned person for the same.

Booking/Confirmation from Your End

1. You are requested to drop us an email along with the options you want to opt for so that our consultant can initiate the booking accordingly. Once we receive written confirmation from all the concerned hotel/houseboat/resorts, we will send you an acknowledgment.
2. Please note that until the booking amount reflects in our accounts, all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment is not made by or before the due date provided.

Payment

1. To secure your reservation, you need to make 50% of the total invoice amount as an advance, and the remaining balance should be paid 10 days before the date of arrival.
2. If the payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
3. For 4* and 5* properties, the full booking amount should be transferred before confirmations.
4. Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies.
