Deposit 30% to confirm the package & generate the confirmation number. Remaining 20% to be paid after confirmation. -
Payment Terms:
50% advance at the time of booking. Full payment 15 days prior to check-in date. -
Cancellation Policy:
- 32+ Days: 10% of tour cost
- 31-26 Days: 25%
- 25-16 Days: 50%
- 15-08 Days: 75%
- 07-00 Days: 100%

Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after cancellation. No refund for unutilized services.
Important Information:
- SIM Card: Post-paid SIM cards are required for J&K; prepaid SIM cards will not work.
- Gondola Tickets: Book online in advance for availability.
- Union Cab Charges: Local sightseeing at Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonmarg, and Kargil requires union cabs.
- Ponies & Rides: Not mandatory but available at negotiable rates for various activities.
